How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed directly through the website. Availability is limited each week, so I recommend ordering early to avoid missing out.

Can you ship your treats?
Chunky cookies and cake tubs can absolutely be shipped Australia-wide via express post.
Orders for delivery will be sent out Mondays to ensure no delays during transit.

When do orders close?
Orders close every Wednesday at 4pm for Saturday collections and Monday dispatch if you opt for delivery.

When can I collect my order?
Collections are available on Saturday mornings between 8am-11am. Collection details will be provided once your order is confirmed. If you're unable to make it to the collection time, please let me know as soon as possible so we can organise another suitable time.

How should I store my desserts?
Cakes should be kept refrigerated and brought to room temperature for 1–2 hours before serving for the best flavour and texture.

Chunky cookies can be stored in an airtight container for up to 5 days.

Can I heat up the cookies?
Yes! For that fresh-from-the-oven experience, warm cookies in the microwave for 10–15 seconds until the centre is soft and fudgy.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from allergens, as all items are prepared in a kitchen that handles dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, nuts and gluten.

Do you take custom orders?
I sure do! Please get in touch via the custom cake form to discuss your ideas.

What happens if I need to cancel my order?
Due to the time and care that goes into preparing each order, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
